Why Sell?

When to Sell?
The next step is deciding when to sell. Depending on your selling reason, you may or may not have much influence on “when” you need to list for sale. Rest easily knowing that with proper advertising, you can sell your property at any time of the year here in Minnesota. There are always buyers purchasing, so the key is target marketing to those buyers. In general though, the real estate market in Minnesota is most active in the Spring months (Feb – June), with a second surge in the Fall time (Aug – Oct). Regardless of the time of year you are listing your home for sale, the power of proper advertising is irreplaceable.
